Very pleasant surprise
When you arrive for the first time in Cluj, you expect to find good hotel but this one is an excellent hotel, nice, clean, services was great, all personnel was speaking English or French. We had a room at the 7th floor with a view on the city. I'll comeback very often as our daugther is starting her Medecine cursus in Cluj and will leave close to the hotel.
I'm just expecting that the quality will remain the same year after year.
Next stay in 30 days. Good hotel business
The hotel is good value for money: nice room and nice hotel but as tourist, we were a bit disappointed by its location (not close to the city center, not walking distance) and by the fact that it didn't have a gym. It is good for business but not sure for tourists.

Only one problem: SMOKING should be forbidden at the reception..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent
The hotel was very quiet over the festive period, the staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The hotel was clean, comfortable, well fitted and furnished.

Great hotel, nice staff
Had a great stay at ana dome. It's only a short very cheap taxi to the centre. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. Would definately recommend to friends!

Best hotel in town
At first sight the hotel is a bit far from the city center (30 min walk), but a taxi is very cheap (8 lei) and brings you there in a few minutes. The mega Polus Shopping Mall is a 10 minutes drive.
It is really worth it to stay here. It is recently opened and definitely the best and chiquest hotel in Cluj.
